Fitzroy Learning Network (FLN) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and neighbourhood house based in Fitzroy, delivering English language classes, vocational training, community programs, and food relief services to residents across the City of Yarra and Melbourne's inner north. Established for over 30 years, FLN has earned a deeply trusted place in the Fitzroy community through its inclusive, supportive, and culturally informed approach to adult learning. The organisation offers accredited English courses across all levels — from Preliminary English to Certificate I, II, and III in Spoken and Written English — funded under the AMEP and Skills First programs and open to migrants, permanent residents, and eligible visa holders.
